Need to fulfill your Athetic Association hours commitment? Sign up here.
How does it work?
The first 9 hours you work would go to your Athletics Association hours commitment providing you have a child that participates. After that you can use the hours toward your regular school hours commitment.
But what if I don't have a child in the athletic program?
If you want to work athletic events and do not have a child who participates you can use those hours toward the school hours.
Athletic Association
The Sacred Heart Athletic Association provides various sports activities for all children in our school. Updated physicals and parent fees must be obtained before a student can participate in any sport.
The following sports programs are offered:
- Basketball - Boys and Girls - Grade 3 - 8
- Cheerleading - Grade K - 8
- Softball - Grade 5 - 8
- Track - Grade K - 8
Our Physical Education program also offers some special sport activities during the year for students in upper grades (Tag Football, Volleyball, 3-3 Basketball).
Athletes and their parents are expected to follow the By-Laws and Constitutions of the Sacred Heart School Athletic Association. Appropriate behavior of parents and students are expected at all times, not only at Sacred Heart School during games and practice, but also at other schools when the teams go to tournaments and games.
